There are seasons in ministry that look strong on the outside, while internally the weight feels overwhelming. Center Groups exist to create space for women in ministry to slow down, process honestly, and re-center their lives on Jesus Christ.
Led by Andrea Griffith, Center Groups are more than a study or support gathering. They are a guided, Christ-centered environment where women are equipped with practical tools, Biblical encouragement, compassionate listening, and meaningful fellowship. The goal is not behavior management or quick fixes. The goal is deeper dependence on Jesus, gospel resilience, emotional and spiritual health, and learning how to navigate life and ministry with truth, grace, and wisdom.
Women consistently describe it as a safe place to process life honestly without fear of judgment. Through intentional conversations, table consults, heart-probing questions, practical tools, and Spirit-led encouragement, participants move from feeling stuck, isolated, or emotionally exhausted toward renewed clarity, healing, and spiritual strength.
