Andrea Griffith is a trophy of God's grace who has spent her life sharing with others how they, too, can know the depths of God's grace. She has spent 30 years in full-time ministry as an itinerant missionary, church planting pastor's wife, women's ministry director, and national conference speaker, all while raising four children who are now adults.
She exudes joy, kindness, and compassion as she points people to the riches of the gospel found in God's word. Andrea currently lives in Florida with her husband, Trent, where they are planting New City Church. She continues to serve with FamilyLife, Parakaleo, and in local churches. If she has a free day, you can find Andrea in the sunshine reading a book.

There are seasons in ministry that look strong on the outside, while internally the weight feels overwhelming. Center Groups exist to create space for women in ministry to slow down, process honestly, and re-center their lives on Jesus Christ.

They are a guided, Christ-centered environment where women are equipped with practical tools, Biblical encouragement, compassionate listening, and meaningful fellowship. The goal is not behavior management or quick fixes. The goal is deeper dependence on Jesus, gospel resilience, emotional and spiritual health, and learning how to navigate life and ministry with truth, grace, and wisdom.
Women consistently describe it as a safe place to process life honestly without fear of judgment. Through intentional conversations, table consults, heart-probing questions, practical tools, and Spirit-led encouragement, participants move from feeling stuck, isolated, or emotionally exhausted toward renewed clarity, healing, and spiritual strength.

God used Andrea to mentor me through a difficult season of ministry and life. She didn't come with answers, but instead continually pointed me to the Savior and walked compassionately beside me. Heart-probing questions and active listening are her superpowers.
